Delivery Policy

Here is the detail about the Delivery Policy followed at Hala rewards website. Halarewards offers delivery within the UAE only.

The status of the order delivery can also be tracked. Your order acknowledgements will be as followed.

  1. Order in process.
  2. Order Delivered upon actual delivery.

Order Placement Acknowledgement

As soon as you have placed an order, you will get the acknowledgement within 24 hours.

Shipping Process & Time Duration

The shipping process usually takes  a maximum of 7 working days from ordered date. Shipping charges are clearly on the order form / product page. The shipping fees is Free / inclusive in the order value unless otherwise stated.

Cash on Delivery

We offer this option in the UAE only. You must provide at least one mobile or landline number so the courier can arrange a suitable time to deliver. Please be available at the agreed time and have the correct amount ready for the courier to collect. If payment isn’t available, the order will not be left and an additional charge may apply to re-deliver the order.

Condition of Products Received

Upon receiving your card ordered, you need to check if the packaging or envelop / the card has been damaged. In case you find it damaged, you need to report immediately.
